I bought these to use the smallest size in my tragus and hopefully the nose ring. The smallest was perfect for my tragus but too small for my nose. The medium size fits my nose but never having worn a hoop it felt big to me so now I only have a small one in the tragus. The quality seemed good and I had no issues with what I was wearing.
