I like that you can search by city or state so it's easy for me to see if any of our candidates are nearby! You also have different filters that allow your team to find qualified individuals quickly - this is great when there isn't much time between open positions.

It would be nice if they had fewer ads in certain states/cities instead of having multiple ones (I'm guessing because those cities aren't profitable enough). My organization has used other staffing agencies over the years but never really found one we liked until now with how organized everything was from beginning to end.
