Anything but soft memory foam
Contrary to the repeated word 'soft' in the description, this memory foam is not soft at all. My first reaction was to return it. After a few hours I decided to give it a go because this pillow really works for my lumbar support. Also, the adjustable strap allows the cushion to stay attached to my office chair in close proximity to the position I need when I come back. do a seat. Because of the incorrect description I give four stars; but it works for me.
