I love this stuff. My doctor recommended it to me. I feel like it has all the ingredients I'm looking for and all the additives I'm trying to stay away from like gluten, eggs, dairy, sugar, etc. for a long time. The 12 servings per container makes it a bit pricey in my opinion. I really thought before that it was a big deal. Flavor isn't the best but I add frozen bananas and it really helps. All in all I know it works and will buy again.
