I enjoy how easy it was set up because our account manager came into my office with great suggestions! Her experience has been incredible!! She helps me manage not only all social media accounts but also email correspondence as well which makes her an asset around here in business everyday. So far so good i haven't had any dislikes at this point because she provides amazing service when needed too. ! I like how easy it was as well just being able use this software in my own way without any help or guidance since i know nothing! If you are looking at using vannili go ahead but if your new dont hesitate because they have many features which might seem confusing when starting out with them however once we learned these basic functions its all good!! We can do so much by ourselves now thanks to their helpful support team also very friendly staffs who always replies back whenever needed!
