Total disappointment and waste of time/money. If I could give it NO stars I would. Seller received it within 2 days hence one star for service. I had another plastic mount that wasn't very good. I thought since this one is metal it would be better. In theory yes, but not in practice. This is real junk. Holes drilled wrong. Most are too big and the pen just wobbles. Some of them are too small and the pen doesn't fit at all. It's impossible to get a good wrap when the bar is swinging. Also, when you pull the wire, they "tilt" and distort your design. My package was short, 6 pins, but it had lots of clear tubes that supposedly held the pins in the board. You place them on the back of the board, but they don't stop the wobbly pins from moving. Trying to take them off was another headache in the butt. In the end, a good idea went horribly wrong. BeadSmith should have MUCH better control over the quality of their products. It's a piece of junk and I wouldn't even let my 6 year old niece play with it. I am sending it back asking for a refund which I am awaiting. NOBODY should pay for that junk that doesn't work properly. I will invest in much more expensive but higher quality wig attachments or now this holder.
