Very good product. Some other sites or individuals sell chest pads with seat belts, but they are a bit more puffy like a pillow. I've tried them and that large portion of the pillow shape puts a little pressure on my port and makes me uncomfortable. It's so flat and soft, I just love it. It provides comfort for my port position and easily attaches to my seat belt. My husband had shoulder surgery last year and had a plate put in. He also loves to use it! Says it just relieves the slight pressure and discomfort of the seat belt on his shoulder. Great design, great product, great gift for anyone who might need it.
