This is the only time I write a review. I feel very strong with this product. It's almost impossible to draw Prime on it. I have used this several times. I just wanted to clean the junk from the bottom of the tank, it only takes a few minutes. I spend 30 minutes trying to refill instead of 5 minutes doing the actual work. I had many external filters. It wasn't designed properly. Trust me this is almost impossible to achieve, you and the room will be swimming in the aquarium water before this pump actually starts drawing water. Stay away and use something tried and tested. Sicce has always made a quality product but this is a big mistake.
