The customer service, ease of use, ability to make changes without having to wait weeks or months for approval from IT was great! There were some features not as easy to navigate (such as searching transactions by date range).
I think it's very difficult with this bank software/API but we found ways around those issues through trial-and-error methods such as logging into another browser window when using our mobile devices at work. We are trying different solutions because there isn't one particular problem solving solution here - there may be many problems solved depending upon what you need out of their product line. This has helped us solve the issue of being able to pull up all information about customers quickly so they don't have to contact them via phone every time.
