An extremely user friendly and efficient application for keeping track

The ease of use, especially when it comes to mobile applications; as well as being able to access our accounts online from anywhere at any time with great support available if needed! There really isn't much I dislike about this software but maybe there are some little things you can sort out? We have been using bankpoint since we started working here over 8 years ago so not sure what changes they've made recently - however everything was easy enough back then too! It's still one of my…

Convenient for managing several financial institutions

The ability to have multiple accounts within one login, which makes it easier when you are trying to transfer money between clients or families with different needs/accounts. I dislike having to log into 2 separate systems if my client has more than 1 account (ie checking/savings). It would be nice if there was just one place to go. This way all of our transactions could be done under one roof! We don't really use this as much anymore because we transitioned everything over to online banking…

Great experience overall and would definitely recommend

The customer service, ease of use, ability to make changes without having to wait weeks or months for approval from IT was great! There were some features not as easy to navigate (such as searching transactions by date range). I think it's very difficult with this bank software/API but we found ways around those issues through trial-and-error methods such as logging into another browser window when using our mobile devices at work. We are trying different solutions because there isn't one…
