Bought this fan here on Amazon for about twelve dollars. Use this with our home tmobile internet gateway. The installation is actually too easy as all you have to do is place the gateway on top of the fan and then plug the fan's USB cable into a power source (get a USB-C adapter to plug into the USB-C port on the to connect gateways). very safe due to the rubber feet at the top and bottom of the fan. set the fan temperature control to a medium value so that the fan does not run too loud. the noise level is very low - you really don't hear the noise of the fan. and the castle seems to stay cool. For comparison, I also have a Cox Panoramic Wifi Gateway in our other house, which already has a built-in fan. So I agree with other users that it makes sense to use such a fan with a tmobile home internet gateway. I also used cookie jars (all sitting on top of an overturned bucket of paint) to increase the height of the airlock. (for better reception) where the fan fits snugly against the cookie jar lid and the airlock is on top of the fan. very nice. This fan is said to last 67,000 hours, which is 7.6 years without a break. I suspect that in 7.6 years tmobile will probably have a better 6G (or 7G) gateway with a built in fan.
