Helps cool my 60 " plasma TV and is virtually silent.

I have a large plasma television that fits in a home theater cabinet and the television generates a lot of heat. So much so that the television recently died. After being on for almost 24 hours. I disassembled the TV and replaced the burned capacitor which fixed the TV but didn't solve the overheating problem. So I searched and bought this fan (120mm version) and hung it over the top vents on the back of the TV. The problem is solved! The fan uses one of the free USB ports on my TV for power…

After comparing three 120mm fans I think this is the clear winner

A few months ago I bought a CMWS branded 120mm fan which is exactly the same as that one by the way Coolerguys 120mm fan. It has more badass guys logo right on the fan hub. Then I bought 2 of these AC Infinity fans. When comparing both brands, the AC fan is of higher quality and more valuable in my opinion. My reasons for coming to this conclusion are as follows: AC Infinity has a much longer cord, spare USB connector, power switch, storage life is much longer, it comes with 2 grids so it can…

Fan for Tmobile Home Internet Gateway

Bought this fan here on Amazon for about twelve dollars. Use this with our home tmobile internet gateway. The installation is actually too easy as all you have to do is place the gateway on top of the fan and then plug the fan's USB cable into a power source (get a USB-C adapter to plug into the USB-C port on the to connect gateways). very safe due to the rubber feet at the top and bottom of the fan. set the fan temperature control to a medium value so that the fan does not run too loud. the…

Perfect fit for PS4 Best in Computer Components

I am very happy with it. I've noticed a big difference. Even the games that used to make my PS4 squeal like a jet engine aren't doing it at all lately. Overall it runs much quieter, meaning the fan actually helps keep it cool. Having a control switch with 3 speeds and off is great and the fact that it also has a built in jack USB port also really helps so you don't lose the port you were using. This works particularly well for me because I have a USB hub that I've never liked plugging into the…

A Must Have for T-Mobile (2021) 5G Home Internet Users

These fans feel like they were made specifically for the new (2021) T-Mobile 5G Home Internet Modem/Router did. The T-Mobile 5G modem is known to get very hot, especially when the built-in WIFI 6 antennas are running. Many people have mentioned that the modems stop working after a few weeks or months due to the heat, and then the modems should be replaced by T- Mobile to be replaced. Some customers on user forums are buying refurbished modems at the time of this writing because the company…

  • Top Ratings for Support and Longevity from Testers
Cons
  • Very Expensive

In June 2017 I bought a MULTIFAN S3. I wanted the external fan to be very quiet, have a speed controller, have feet or pads to dampen vibration, and be USB powered. It should be used for cooling Asus RT-AC56U/RT-AC56R vertical/vertical router. The average temperature of these routers with 2.4GHz and 5GHz radios enabled tends to be quite high (typically 90°C, especially in summer). I also didn't want to void my router's warranty by modifying it to support a fan (not to mention small fans, which…
