Robust product, easy installation
Typical installation considerations aside, this filter and plastic tubing must be painted for outdoor installation for UV protection. Also, don't forget Teflon tape on the 1" male threads on the inlet and outlet fittings (sold separately). I found an odd thing: 4 mounting holes are unthreaded. I used an 8mm tap (Harbor Freight), to attach securely to the mounting bracket. Also, take some silicone sanitary grease and lubricate the o-rings before installation.
