They are very responsive to our needs, very knowledgeable in their area of expertise, and they have great customer service. I cannot think of anything I dislike about their services. We were looking for an email marketing tool that would help us keep track of our subscribers. Their system does this very well. The interface is not user friendly for those who do not know how to use it. We also had issues with the reporting system not being able to be customized enough for our needs. We needed something that was easy to create campaigns and then send out emails to our list. Bounce helped us accomplish this.
