Very good pepper grinder, definitely better than most of the dozen or so I've had. PRO: - holds approx. 4 ounces of pepper, quite a lot of capacity in this compact unit - very easy to fill, just slide the opening on the side when the grinder is down - when closed the filling opening cover stays closed - the grind level is Extremely adjustable from almost powdered to coarse, cracked pepper Almost half a peppercorn - Requires very little rotation, say 1/4 turn to get plenty of ground pepper - Easy to flip and can be done either way. CLOCKWISE GRINDS AND COUNTER-CLOCKWISE DEBURRING - Comes with a plastic stand to hold the grinder when not in use. CONS, and why only 4 stars: The whole grinder is made out of very, very slick plastic and slips in your hand when it's just a little wet or greasy. Yes, I know wash and dry your hands before using a coffee grinder, but seriously, a jagged top or bottom or both would do best. Grinder. Is always!
