Very good pepper grinder, definitely better than most of the dozen or so I've had. PRO: - holds approx. 4 ounces of pepper, quite a lot of capacity in this compact unit - very easy to fill, just slide the opening on the side when the grinder is down - when closed the filling opening cover stays closed - the grind level is Extremely adjustable from almost powdered to coarse, cracked pepper Almost half a peppercorn - Requires very little rotation, say 1/4 turn to get plenty of ground pepper…

First class pepper mill.

This is my second Magnum pepper grinder and I love it just as much as I did when I bought it years ago. This mill really brings out the pepper. If you don't like pepper, this grinder can overwhelm you, it pours pepper. It holds just enough so you don't have to refill it too often, and the sliding door makes loading peppers very easy. Beautiful, stylish and easy to care for. The pepper bowl it's mounted on is a great idea as it catches any random flakes that fall out of the grinder. The reason I

It's as good as they say

For me it came down to three makes/models: Unicorn Magnum (what's the name?), Cole & Mason Keswick and Peugeot u'Select. All three looked good, but I went with the Unicorn Magnum, which should have the most reliable grinder and should grind the most peppers in one revolution. Plus assembly in the US, which is nice. I'll probably try the other two someday because I just want to know how they compare, but that probably won't be for a while as the Unicorn Magnum is great (yet). What can I say, I…

I almost bought this pepper grinder because of all the warnings about accidentally opening the refill door. I had zero problems with it. Yes, the door and crusher rotate the same way - otherwise you wouldn't have anything to rotate. I've attached a video to show how easy it is. It produces an even grind and is easy to use. I'm a little overwhelmed by the amount of pepper it stores (I previously had an aquarium-style pepper grinder that held a lot more). I paid extra for durability, tired of…

Ignore the price and stop comparing poor quality products; Buy this, it's pretty much the perfect size and ejects a borderline obscene amount of pepper at a time, although it can be a bit slippery if your hands are wet. A metal sanding pad will likely outlast a plastic case depending on how often you drop it. A small tray for your countertop is great, and the filling hole isn't as inconvenient as other reviewers have made it out to be. The adjustable size has a wide range from very small to…
