After I ordered this product, someone from the company was kind enough to contact me and ask if I received it on time (I DID NOT RECEIVE) and said that some customers had the same problem. After telling them I hadn't received it and asking what could be done, I was told they would get in touch. NEVER HEARD FROM YOU AGAIN. I'm not from the States so this product may seem cheap, to me it isn't. I still needed new watercolor brushes and my friend (from the US) was kind enough to buy and ship them for me. Despite some terrible customer service, the brushes are the best I've ever used. I had no problem unscrewing the caps and the bristles were very soft and easy to work with and the different sizes made it easy to work with different sized canvases.
