Fuse does not terminate circuit on adjacent screw terminals. Instead, the large + terminal connects to one side of the fuse block, and the fuse completes the circuit to the positive screw terminals. This is non-standard and not intuitive. I had to disassemble the block to find it. Also, the busbars and terminal blocks are very close together and not properly insulated to avoid the risk of a short circuit. I cut out the metal at potential contact points to reduce risk.
