Phenomenal Customer Support Experience and Service!!!

Amazing customer service from start-to finish! From answering questions through our onboarding process, all of my needs were met with professionalism & expertise in an effortless manner that is unlike any other business I have ever come across - including those who are more expensive than AidaH!! The support team has been nothing short exceptional since we started using them last summer for CRM management/integration purposes as well as email marketing services (email list building). They truly go above& beyond expectations when it comes time deliver results within SLA's given by their clients or potential buyers. It would be great if they could do some type training programs / workshops around Email Marketing best practices because there was so much misinformation out here before this year regarding what works most effectively online vs offline campaigns etc.. That being said though, no complaints thus far about anything else except maybe how quickly projects can get done without having too many delays due problems.

  • Very Honest feedback during project scrums where possible instead o just Yes'es only approach like every single vendor does..I think you know why..It actually increases trust between vendors but everyone knows thats not really important anymore especially after watching Shark Tank lol :0)
