Review on Total Rewards Builder by Joe Kokenge

I like that it is easy to create different types of benefits (medical/dental/vision etc) as well as multiple levels within each benefit type. The system does not always seem 100% reliable - sometimes things don't show or appear in certain areas when they should be there. There are also some features missing from this version which were available previously with other versions we used before total rewards builder was released. Make sure you look at all options provided by previous providers because many will no longer work once TRB has been implemented into an organization's HRIS software. We needed something simple but comprehensive enough so our staff could get their paychecks without having to call us every time they wanted one processed.
