Excellent frying pan. Looks great, warms well and retains heat. Difficult. Unlike many other similar frying pans, it has a practical side. The lid fits well. The only problem, and this is personal preference, is that the lid handle is quite small. I cannot lift the lid by the handle without touching the lid. For me, this applies to all Mauviel lids - I have big hands. This compares well to similar Viking and Sitram pans I've used. Very happy with the purchase.
