PoE was DOA for computers and accessories

Got PoE HAT and I was very excited how thin it is. I couldn't wait to test this on my existing cases. Connected a PoE HAT as I have 7 others and it does nothing. I removed that PoE HAT and put another brand on PI 4 to my 802.3at switch and it showed up right away. I don't have enough time to fix bugs and find their quality issues. So I return.
