Constantly trying too hard, didn't care much abt other staff
The best part of working with them was their ability to listen to our needs and deliver exactly what we wanted! They were able to take out some time from work life balance for us so they could focus more in helping grow our business. What I disliked most about this team member was how he would always put himself before others when it came to his projects or tasks assigned to him by me. He constantly tried to do things without asking first if i approved but yet felt entitled because "he's my boss". This person has been terminated due to not meeting expectations set forth during onboarding process.
Pros
- I was able to work with and work for them for about a year but i felt the business they were working with was not in their best of best of business
Cons
- He always felt he was entitled to things he wanted to do and would not listen to what i and my boss were asking
