Poor shipping material ruined the product
Poor shipping box and broken sticks that are not even wrapped in packaging to ensure their hygiene and safety. The box wasn't even as strong as a shoe box, very flimsy and cheap, and the product was exposed to the elements and other human touch/breath etc. The chopsticks broke from their holders and just dangled in the broken box. open on my porch. They need to improve their transport materials! I had to throw away all the chopsticks because they don't go in my family's mouth! Now I can't even use it until I buy more.
