Quantity before quality
Always a hit in the pool. The municipal indoor swimming pool, where we go in winter, is the most used. Kids and adults love throwing them in the pool. When someone gets slapped in the face, it's not scary. The only thing wrong with them is that they are pretty much wasted after 3 or 4 hours of play. The foam inside no longer expands and the fabric sometimes tears. For the price it's worth the fun imo; however, one must be aware of the limitations.
