Review on ZEYAR by Gabe Smith

The service and quality of the items I purchased from the ZEYAR online store were both below par. Their stated goal of providing the "best possible service and products" was not met in my experience. To begin with, when compared to other, comparable online retailers, the pricing displayed on their website were not particularly attractive. On other websites, I was able to find the identical items for significantly cheaper. Second, there was a severe lack of service to customers. It took days for someone to respond to my inquiry regarding a product in which I was interested. The reply I got was useless and raised more questions than it answered. Last but not least, the goods I received were of poor quality. My order did not work properly and appeared to be of poor quality. I tried to get a refund or exchange by contacting customer service, but they were unhelpful and unresponsive. My time spent shopping at the ZEYAR online store was disappointing and contradictory to the company's stated goals. This is not a shop I'd recommend to anyone.
