Worth the money because you don't have to cut factory wires on your car. Just a useful setup, at least for my car model. I have a 2014 Ford Fusion. The installation instructions are not the best. To connect the connectors to the taillights, simply cut the wires, wring and catch them through the cut or snip of the grommet, and glue or better yet solder them back together. As for the power wire, it probably shouldn't be routed through the front driver's door and through the fender under the hood, but try to pierce it with other wires and a grommet in the firewall under the steering wheel. I hope this saves someone time and headaches.
