The ability of adding new users or entering into accounts without having them log in first is very helpful when running tests that require many inputs from people all over different countries around world at once (i work as an international R&D chemist/analyst).

It's not easy sometimes though since some functions are quite difficult if we don't have much experience working here so it can be confusing but I think this could help other companies who need similar service like ours! So far no problems found by me yet which means they're doing their job well!! Using our waveFront software has improved productivity because its easier than sending out emails asking everyone what kind o files do i send etc.,etc..
