This is my first experience with this bit brand. I have made several wood carving knives and I have other wood carving knives that are made in Europe. The steel construction and quality is just as good at a much lower price. Gunsmith brand catalogs include this mark for notching a wooden stock. They also manufacture other high quality hand tools for other industries that require precision tools and tools. I was mainly interested in a good V-shape tool (gouge) and bought this 5 piece set for the price of one tool (from other groups). They are sharp and beveled and ready to use. I would prefer, to make the grip of the handle a bit longer and heavier wood, but I'm a big guy with big hands.
