Review on ๐ Dorman HVAC Heater Hose Connector for Model Selection - 800-416 by Tony Korek
They will NOT fit the 2002 Trailblazer.
Several pages indicate that 5/8" is suitable for connecting the heater core hose from the engine to the firewall. This is not the case. I have both the Dorman fitting and pulled the hose myself. Hose outlet/connector and the Dorman connector are both 3/4". I ended up buying a 3/4" hose at an auto parts store and connected the hose to both the 3/4" hose fittings on the engine and firewall.
