After my initial check, I found out that you can contact the company (in China) through the app using the feedback in settings. They will email you a response. The time difference is 13 hours, so you have to be patient. They were able to fix the AT&T connectivity issues and get the device working. However, this is very inaccurate. It shows a device 3 blocks from my house. This is normal as you are in the correct area. There is a search function that you can use to locate your pet. Product errors have occurred. The function doesn't work at all. It doesn't even recognize the device. Too bad because I thought this thing would work. The company offered to exchange the device directly and offered 6 months of free maintenance. I'm skeptical because if I wait too long I can't go back to Revain and get a refund then I'll lose $90. Reluctantly, I return to Revain. Maybe the next generation is the answer.
