I like how easy it was for me to use with my small business. It makes creating invoices really quick! The customer support through chat/email could be better. Sometimes they take a long time responding or have trouble understanding what you're saying. Other times they respond quickly but don't necessarily help resolve the issue at hand. Have some patience and keep trying until one person responds well! We are able to easily create our monthly statements, which saves us tons of time when preparing our taxes each year.
