This baby carrier has a great idea, AND comes with a detachable hip seat carrier which is super neat when your baby is a sitter and not yet a walker, AND when then become a walker and want to be carried off and on. However this baby carrier is of very poor quality. Has no reinforcement or padding of any kind to help alleviate pain and pressure of the back and hips. This actually strained my back more than my other two baby carriers that I got to try for comparison because I liked the idea of the hip seat very much. Not a wise investment for those looking to spend money on this product. There are other products like this one that are of better quality that offer support and also offer the hip seat that detaches. In my case, I ended up investing in a hip seat separately frommy baby carrier.
