Review on Cardone 40 1000 Remanufactured Domestic Wiper by Scott Yenson

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Junk part from a crappy company

The original wiper motor on my 1998 Firebird Formula finally failed after over 19 years of use. The store replaced it with one of these and it failed within 6 months. I had my first Cardone wiper motor replaced under warranty and it failed within 2 months. I found a new AC Delco part and the engine runs great. The Cardone engine was loud and felt very quick at low rpm. I never used it at high RPM for fear the wiper arms would detach from the linkage. I contacted Cardone CEO Stan Gowisnock, gave him a detailed description of the problem, along with all the bills for all the work that needed to be done because of this poor quality part, hoping he would reimburse me for any problems with his wiper motors. called. In typical CEO fashion, he handed it to a servant (Joe End), who explained that the part was installed incorrectly. Then this clown wanted me to take the old parts for him to see. I told him that Cardone needs to have the parts as they are remanufactured, so a return of the core is required. I lost about $210 on the cost of a new wiper motor because I refuse to put Cardone junk in my car even if it's under warranty.
