Although it has 8 sockets it is very likely that you won't be able to use all of them (you'll be lucky if you can use 6 sockets) because they are lying too close together. Eventually, when you plug in a camera/phone charger as well as other devices, the shape of these plugs will overlap and occupy other slots, rendering them unusable. I also had problems when I first tried to connect my laptop because the two connectors were too tight. Another issue was that the plastic between the two pins comes off easily, so if you pull something off it flies off. Despite all the issues above, it does what it's supposed to do, although I think I'd recommend investing in something else.
