I recommend to buy, the product is of high quality.

got two flavors. the taste of chocolate is excellent, this sand is present in cream, other commentators also have this problem. the taste is normal, but it may not suit everyone, sometimes it makes you feel uncomfortable. This was not the case with chocolate. it is better to use with skim milk or no more than 1.5% otherwise you may feel uncomfortable. it is better not to drink the precipitate that falls after stirring from the cream, I personally almost have a gag reflex from it.

Pros

An excellent gainer, useful, nutritious, excellent composition, well bred in milk and perfectly drunk, there are almost never lumps. after drinking the whole pack somewhere in the region of 2 weeks, I gained 6-8 kg with enhanced multiple meals and effective constant training, of course. I recommend the chocolate flavor. portions are big. used a scoop at a time. 2 scoops per day and 3 per day of training. weight was initially 64-65. when using a mass gainer, a mutant with a mass of a pack of 6.5 kg did not gain anything. you can draw your own conclusions.

Cons

the price is still expensive, took around 5-6k creamy flavor with chocolate there is some "sand" in the form of white sand grains
