It realy helps hearing what you've been missing. I like the quietness of back noises, but it buzzes often and l have hard time figuring out why, after trying everything. I do wish the tech help would be available by phone or by web chat.my update will follow after contacting the company. Hoping for good outcome😊UPDATE:I received a response withon few hours after submitting my email in which l explained my problem. Their response was polite and caring. I was instructed to send my hearing amplifier back and before they could ever get it, they sent me a new one, with accesories. It works well, and as l said before, the quality of hearing with tjis device is amazing. I highly recomend this company for the way they stand behind their product and for their outstanding customer services.
