I like this hose set because it's strong, durable and the fittings fit right in. It takes a lot of force to break the hoses compared to the cheaper hose that came with my RV. However, the length issue can be a bit frustrating. More on that below. Pros: Sturdy hoses and fittings Tight seal Swivel fittings make connection easy Cons: Doesn't retract as short as lighter hoses Difficult to achieve full 20 foot length as hose only wants to be retracted Opinion that the pros outweigh the cons. I like that the hose holds some pressure and the fittings are strong and tight. The price of this kit is much lower than the lower quality tubing in my local stores so I bought a second kit to help me achieve this much longer length. Difficult to find something to fit the hoses in due to the size of the fittings. but I found a 4x4 vinyl fence post and attached it to the rear bumper of my truck with some rubber bands. The fittings are a little tight, but I see that as extra protection from falling out.
