Rural internet use

I activated the T-mobile sim and it disconnects like crazy. I can't update the firmware without a good connection. Now I'm looking for an alternative router. It worked with att sim but my signal wasn't very good. It's a little annoying trying to get this thing to work. It is currently in a reboot loop. Okay, I saw a tiktok saying I can get a Netgear modem and router, put in a SIM card and connect to the internet. Let me tell you why DAS is better: you don't need a modem. That helps, and when you activate your SIM card, plug it into the router and then connect your device to the router, even if it's not serviced yet. Open a browser on your computer or phone and enter the router's IP address (all directions) to open the router's administration page. You may have to play around with some settings, but you can get them to work, I believe in you. Remember that when activating a sim you are not using the hotspot in the sim plan, you are using DATA. This router is also compatible with most cell tower frequencies (or maybe it's the bandwidth, I don't really know the terms) so this bundle actually works for almost any SIM card you put in there. I used a SIM card for direct calls but will try using Verizon next time to see if it works. The only downside is that you can't connect an antenna to get a better signal. But so far it's working for us and I like it. I've helped several people on tiktok and fb set this up in their homes!
