I would give this 4 stars but the fan is actually good and Hunter replied to me the same day to help me troubleshoot. That's why I'm giving them 5, even though we had a flickering issue that was driving us nuts. It's not like the light flickers and goes out, on and off. It turns off completely once and then back on again and then maybe 10 minutes later it does it again. I printed a label to return it but then contacted Hunter and the issue was resolved. So if you also have a flicker problem, it's probably the dimmer. Try Hunter's troubleshooter first: The troubleshooting step that should resolve the issue is to disable the dimming feature and then re-enable it. (Activation and deactivation are the same process). Please note the following: Activate the dimming function First switch off the light on the fan for 5 seconds and then switch it on again. Then press and hold the fan button, press and hold the fan button, and quickly press the light button twice. The dimming function is now activated. Press and hold the light button to set the dimming level.
