works most of the time

I bought two of these, one for each side of the gate, easy installation, you fret removing the front panel. You can't see what's on the number pad at night. One is dead after a heavy thunderstorm. I made sure the block was assembled correctly and that the gasket wasn't pinched. The range isn't that great, about 50 feet.
