When you can't train with the team

I love this product. I haven't played competitive volleyball in 40 years. After agreeing to participate in a company picnic tournament, the 1st training showed years. After 30 minutes I got my serve back behind my hand and was able to practice a bit when I wasn't able to play with the other team members. I passed it on to my 11 year old niece who is just starting to play volleyball and her game is starting to improve.
