I wanted to wean my 13 year old dachshund off of dry kibbel as most of her teeth had been removed and it was too hard to chew. I was hopeful that this product would be easier for her to eat. My dog does not eat people food save for some fresh cut up vegetables so when she readily ate the Beneful soft dry food I was very happy. However, about and hour after eating she threw up and proceeded to go outside in the back yard to chew grass to calm her stomach. I skipped the Beneful for 2 days and she did not throw up. The next time I gave it to her, again, about an hour after she ate it, she threw it up.I had not used the product I bought in advance as I wanted to use up the remainder of the hard kibbel I had on hand. This took a month after I had ordered the Beneful. After this problem surfaced of her throwing up, I was going to send the product back for a refund. Unfortunately, I missed your Return Window by 1 day. The food is now in the garbage. As I have many subscribe and save items as well as numerous individual purchases over the last 3 years (both big and small ticket items) I feel I am due a credit issued to my account to use for future purchases. Please see what you can do in the interest of good customer service. Thank you for your consideration.
