Not sure what models it actually fits but I have a 2013 1500 LTZ. My gold emblem on the grille was starting to crack and discolor, and I wanted to replace it with a black one to better match the truck. On my model, the front emblem is attached to the grille with two protrusions. Once you pull out their emblem, the entire original build is thrown away. This new emblem has two screws that fit into the original grille assembly. No drilling or double-sided tape required. Installation was easier than removing the old emblem. Will definitely buy again if needed. You should be aware that the color is matte or almost matte if you are interested in that.
