Review on SoftClose Drawers Retrofit Measuring Required by Billy Berry

The instructions for this product are ONLY some drawings which are totally unclear and unusable. Luckily there is a video on YouTube that illustrates the installation process very well. I installed one each on two short metal boxes, which were very light. One resulted in a soft close, but not before the drawer was fully pushed in. It turns out that the position of the closing point depends on the thickness of the drawer front. There are ways to compensate for this. The second setting, identical to the first, did not provide a smooth closure. The friction part of the device proved too weak to soften the closure. I would not recommend buying these - they do not work as well as the original ones Soft close drawers.
