After trying everything from the Spice Company coffee grinders on their $4 dispensers in grocery stores to the large coffee grinders commonly seen in restaurants and some of which are battery powered, I still wasn't satisfied with amounts over a teaspoon or so. The day I cooked 16 ribeye for the people was the last struggle before I went in search of a meat grinder that could combine quantity and quality. For the last month I have tested this device on myself. I ground a full cup of black pepper for a BBQ recipe this weekend. The cut was constant. I believe it took about 20 minutes to grind a full cup. A tablespoon only takes a few seconds. I am very happy with this purchase.
