CanPump's Customer Service Leaves Me Feeling Disappointed

Because I am a CanPump customer, I feel obligated to state that I was dissatisfied with the quality of customer service I received from the company. Their online store does offer a broad variety of outdoor gear; however, I would not recommend purchasing anything from them due to the questionable quality of the products. I thought I was getting a high-quality pump and sprayer when I bought them, but after only a few uses, both of them stopped working properly. When I reached out to the customer support team at CanPump for assistance, I was met with a lack of concern and responses that were not helpful. The fact that they had a sluggish and unreliable shipping procedure only made matters worse. My order did not appear when it was supposed to until much later than it did, and when it did, the packaging was torn and the products that were contained within were not in the best condition. My time spent with CanPump was, on the whole, a negative experience. Their lack of quality control and poor customer service make it difficult to recommend them to others, despite the fact that they may have a decent selection of outdoor equipment. If you are looking for equipment that is both dependable and of good quality, I would recommend looking somewhere else.
