Great way connecting various business units!

The most helpful thing is that it can be used across multiple departments within one organization, as well as with outside customers. I like the ability to have a single voice for all of our calls. One of my biggest concerns was how long it would take to train employees on how to use this system. It would be nice if there were more training options available upon request. If you are looking for one platform that can help you connect to different departments within your company, VoxGen is a great choice. Its so easy to get started up and running. We are able to make quick decisions without having to call each department separately.

Pros
  • Being an internal caller service makes communication easier between team members instead making several phone/email requests before finding someone who knows what we want or need! Everything about voxgen works quickly once everything has been created from scratch in order not only reach people but also schedule appointments at any time which saves us valuable resources when trying calling clients directly during working hours

  • Mostly okay, but...
