Has helped streamline processes & procedures, with potential expansion capabilities

I like that we have one place where all of our customer service tickets are centralized; it's also pretty easy for new agents or other team members who may not be as familiar yet can learn how things work quickly through training videos (which is helpful).

We've had some challenges figuring out exactly what kind/level ticketing agent should handle certain types but this has been resolved in time so far! The ability easily create reports across multiple departments within EYOR helps us better understand which teams need support from outside resources at different times throughout each month - great solution when you don't want several people dedicated solely towards specific tasks only relevant during particular months vs needing additional capacity later downthe line if workload increases beyond expectations / expected timeframe etc..
