Very intuitive, simple to use software for conversion rate optimization

I like that you can use it from any device - desktop or mobile (iOS/Android). It allows for some customization of your page layout through CSS so adding custom elements is easy once familiarized yourself wih how this toolworks! The customer service team was great as well!! There are not many things about EThink i dislike at all; however there really isn't anything specific either because everything works very smoothly overall in my experience using ETInsight software. We were looking into other

  • Very responsive support whenever something doesnΒ΄, t work.
  • Easy to understand interface with various settings available suchas dashboard widgets along side different tools etc..and user defined views via configuration files.you basically have full control over what gets displayed per client needs.

I like that we have one place where all of our customer service tickets are centralized; it's also pretty easy for new agents or other team members who may not be as familiar yet can learn how things work quickly through training videos (which is helpful). We've had some challenges figuring out exactly what kind/level ticketing agent should handle certain types but this has been resolved in time so far! The ability easily create reports across multiple departments within EYOR helps us better…
